I hope message finds you well as we wrap up another wonderful week here at Chávez. We are so excited to see kids creating original tie dye shirts with our artist in residence!
BACK TO SCHOOL NIGHT!

5:30 - 6:45
Please join us for an open-house style back to school night. We will gather in the cafeteria for some introductions and then release kids and families to visit classrooms, music, PE, library, counselor, PACK and more. At 6:30, we will gather back in the cafeteria for a prizes and popsicles. We hope to see you there!Please read on for other reminders.
Transportation
- If you drive your child to school, please pull forward in the pause parking areas so that your child may unload at the curb. We have staff supervising the entire route to the entrance for kids' safety. Unloading and loading quickly keeps our traffic moving.
- We close the door at the gym at 7:55. If you arrive after that time, students should enter at the front door near the flag pole. We have staff there to greet them and get them on their way to class.
- If your child eats breakfast at home, arriving close to 7:50 is the best time to drop them off at the curb. They can enter at the gyn and head directly to class
